Velux Roof Terrace

Extend the living space to an outside terrace. The top hung upper element and the side hung lower vertical element combine to produce a doorway to the outside.
All other upper elements in the combination are top hung while the vertical elements are fixed
Made of pine with triple coat finish.
All gazing in the roof terrace has laminated inner panes for additional safety
Upper top hung windows rotate 180 degrees for easy cleaning of outer pane.
Roof terrace does require extra work to make external balcony area (i.e.exernal railings and weathering).
