Velux Cabrio Balcony

An instant balcony from a roof window. The upper section is top hung and opens outwrads whilst the bottom section unfolds into a glazed balcony with side railings.
Supplied with flashings and support trimmer(s)
Can be linked to other top hung and fixed roof windows to increase the amount of daylight, view and ventilation.
Toughened outer pane with clear and clean coating and laminated inner pane for added safety
The top hung section rotates 180 degrees for easy cleaning of the outer pane.

Made of pine with triple coat finish.
